Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen was asked, "Some guardian menyaratkan of his daughter's husband to his wife to continue their studies, and work after graduation at the time of the ceremony. Does this requirement are allowed? Does the law if he does not do it after the wedding? "
He said:
Conditions brought against the husband, if not forbidden by Syar'i, and he's willing to these terms, then it becomes imperative upon it. That is, he must do, based on the word of the Prophet alaihi wasallam, "Verily the most appropriate conditions you meet is what makes the pubic (wife) made lawful unto you."
But it was not fitting for his wife and family as menyaratkan in question. Even fitting that they make the case as an agreement between husband and wife after marriage.
As it is known that the husbands married to women to serve as a wife who educate their children is to improve the situation, not a career woman who is not seen in some time. Facilitated in the case of this kind, and not one bit of menyaratkan it is better and more important.
Terms of Covenant Not Permitted In
Menyelisihi conditions 1.Semua Qur'aan is canceled.
